Olaria is Portuguese for a pottery workshop: the room where raw clay gets worked into something you can use. That's the job. Messy process in, working system out.
Where we come from
Fifteen years of operations and automation work, much of it inside the back office of a multi-property real estate portfolio. That's where we learned how data actually moves through a business, and where it gets stuck.
What we're like to work with
We'd rather show you a working pilot than a roadmap. We keep the scope small at first and tell you plainly what the data says, including when the answer is to not build anything.
Who we work with
Operators with more processes than people: property owners and managers, service companies, and the teams that support them.
Sometimes AI is the right tool. Sometimes it isn't. We'll tell you which, and build accordingly.
